*The End is in Sight!!*

I had another doctor's appointment on Tuesday and things are still going good!  I haven't dilated anymore but I am effaced 75% so I guess that is progress! Little girl is just content staying where she is at!  Me and my doctor had previously talked about inducing me on Friday, but he had to change his plans on working because he is taking his daughter to get settled into BYU-I.  So we talked about it and since he was leaving town on Tuesday night I thought it would be best to just try to plan to be induced on Tuesday the 11th!!  So that is the plan unless this little princess wants to come on her own before then :)  I am sure getting excited but nervous at the same time.  I am not scared for the delivery but I am scared for when we get to take her home.  I guess it is just hitting me that I am the one that is going to be in charge of this little girl and all her needs and wants. I'm ready for this just a little nervous!!
I keep thinking and wondering what she is going to look like.... In my head I am prepared for a little girl that barley has any blonde hair but she could come out with brown hair!  Taylor had brown hair when he was born and I had NO hair but when it finally started to grow it was blonde blonde!! So I guess we will just have to see!!  I can't wait to hold her but I am so excited to see Taylor hold her for the first time :)
We pretty much have everything ready for her at the house and her room is pretty much done!  I will post pics hopefully this weekend!  I have spend a lot of time on her room and I just love it.  Of course I wish I had all the money in the world cause there is so much more stuff I want to do to it and stuff I want to buy her but I am very thankful for the stuff I do have and what I was able to buy her!  I also and so thankful to my sister in law Sara for giving me boxes and boxes full of clothes from Gracelyn!  It has been a huge help!
Taylor has started his student teaching and its going really good!  He has 2 periods of AP History and 1 period of PE.  For his history classes he has been getting really anxious to start teaching, he talked to his teacher about it and gets to teach for his first time on Friday!  He is excited and will do great :)  He has also been helping with the football team and he just loves it.  He only played football for a couple of years in high school till he decided to just play basketball so he is learning a lot.  I love seeing him do what he loves.  I can't wait for basketball season to start because I know he loves that even more, and I love basketball so it will be fun to go and watch!!  He is gone a lot right now because he goes to school all day then practice then to work, so it's hard cause we don't get to see each other a ton.  But I keep telling him it will all be over soon!  He can do it for one semester!  I am just so thankful that he is such an amazing hubby that he is trying to provide for us and take care of our little family :)

*Baby Update*

I had my 38 week appointment this morning with Dr. Olsen and baby girl is still in there!!  Haha!  I am still only dilated to about a 2.5 and I am 50% effaced.  So my body has a little more work to do!!  Besides that everything is going great, she is head down and measure right on at 38 weeks. I have my next appointment on Tuesday and he says he thinks I will be far enough a long that we can schedule to induce me :)  I am definitely ready!  Sleeping is rough, I just can't get comfortable!  And work is getting really tough.  If I can make it through this week of 40+ hours of xray and being on my feet I think I can make it through anything!

I think we have almost everything we need for the baby and her room is just about done so that is a good thing!  We have a HUGE stock pile of diapers and wipes, and thanks all my wonderful friends and family she has more clothes than I think she will be able to wear!  The car seat bases are in our cars all ready for the little one!  I still need to pack a bag for the hospital but I figure that shouldn't be to hard.  I'm so excited to finally see her and just hold her.  This next week just might be the longest of my life!!  Ha!  Keep sending positive thoughts this way that she comes sooner than later!  :)

Oh the world of blogging!!

So I decided it was about time for me to start a blog, since not only am I married now but our little girl will be here before you know it!  First off a little update on where we are and what we are up too.....

Taylor:  We had to move from the house we were kind of house sitting in Richmond in May, but we were lucky to find some new town homes in Smithfield that are right down the street from the high school Taylor will be doing his student teaching at.  This summer Taylor didn't have to take any classes and he was sure excited about that!  He has been working at the Hper on Utah State Campus, and helping with the Skyview basketball and football teams.  He really loves coaching and it makes him really happy!  He starts his student teaching at the end of this month @ Skyview and I know he is a little nervous but I'm sure he is going to love it just like coaching.  He will be teaching 2 periods of History and 1 period of PE.  He will officially be done in December and then on to looking for a teaching job for next August!  I'm so proud of him for almost being done and I just know he is going to make an awesome teacher and coach!

Tara:  This summer I have just being working as much as I possibly can!  I have been working 40+ hours most weeks and to say the least I am looking forward to my maternity leave! I work in the xray department at the Budge Clinic.  I am so thankful that I am in a clinic setting, no weekends, call, or holidays, and we are off at 5:30 most nights.  I love my job but being prego and being on your feet for 10 hours a day really can get to you!  After the baby I am only going to go back to work part time which I hope I can handle!  I'm not sure how I'm going to like leaving my little one, but the good thing is I hope we can work out our schedules so Taylor can be home with her while I am at work then go to work after.
As for baby girl things are going great!!  I am getting to the point where I feel massive and I am ready for her to be here!  She is such an active little bean, and I don't think she likes how cramped she is getting in my stomach! I have a little less than 4 weeks less and it can't go fast enough.  I just want to see her and see what she looks like and can't wait to see Taylor hold her for the first time.  Taylor has been so amazing through this hole pregnancy.  He really helps me a lot around the house and is always concerned about if I need anything or am feeling ok.  And I know he has had some rough nights right along side me because he is such a lite sleeper. I have started having my weekly doctor appointments and I keep telling Dr. Olsen I am having this baby the weekend of Sept 7th and he just smiles and says if everything is progressing like it should! I keep thinking if I tell him, the baby, and the universe it enough then it will happen!!  So I guess we will see!

We have been married for nine and half months and things are still just amazing :)  Not saying that we don't have hard days but what married couple doesn't.  I don't know how I got so lucky marrying Taylor.  He is my best friend and such an amazing man!  He takes care of me and treats me like a queen.  He is going to make such a great dad I just can't wait for our little family to start a new chapter in our lives!
